my sweet, sensitive boy
Today, Nick and I drove by an accident on the highway. It looked very bad, and a helicopter was taking someone away from the scene. Nick was full of questions, and I explained to him that the person in the helicopter must have been hurt very badly. He looked at me forlornly and then buried his face in his hands and sobbed, for quite some time, for that poor injured person!

Aww, poor kid. That is sweet, though.
Because I am too lazy to actually open up my email, I will just come over to your blog to answer your questions.
First off, I loved your response to my blog. Thanks! And I have to tell you that I didn't actually make the brownie batter. I blogged about it instead and was able to resist the temptation. I am making VERY slow progress on the weight loss, but I remind myself that I weigh less than my pre-pregnancy weight and Tommy is only 5 months old. That is something to be proud of.
Anyway, as for phone calls, I think after 7 is best. The kids are usually in bed by then and I can talk without interruptions. This evening my mom called at 6 and the kids followed me from room to room so I never could really concentrate on the conversation.
OK, I will quit babbling.
